All chairs are either six feet apart or have a divider between them.
There are sanitizing stations by the door, and the bathroom.
If you require your stylist to wear a face mask, please notify the receptionist at check in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check. There is a $25 charge for a returned check.
It’s about you at VitaStile. We want you to be happy and feel comfortable with your services. We do not offer refunds on services, but would be more than happy to make things right for you at no additional charges, providing you communicate to us within 7 days of your service that you are unsatisfied. If at any time you feel that you would like to try the services of a different designer, then we support and recommend that you do so.
We offer full exchanges on all product purchases. It is important to us that you have the hair care products best suited for your needs.
We encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and we will replace it. Returns are accepted on all hair care products and will be given full exchange toward the purchase of another product.
We recommend that you make all appointments in advance. It is always best to pre-book your appointment after your first visit to ensure stylist availability and the time and day that is convenient for you. Your appointment is a special reserved time for you. We request that you arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. If you are late for your appointment, we may need toreschedule your appointment or modify your service(s). Per our cancellation and no show policy, you may be charged 30% of your reserved reservation with your stylist.
We kindly request that any cancellations or changes to reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation, a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied. In the event of a no-show, where no cancellation has been made, a non-refundable fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding out cancellation policy.
Due to an increase of last minute cancellations and no shows we now require a credit card on file to secure your reservation!
Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash.
All pricing is based on the level of stylist you choose. The stylist level increases with time employed with VitaStile and education levels attained. Pricing is also based on the time and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, we encourage you to take advantage of our consultations and receive a direct quote on the price of the services your hair requires. Pricing will not be quoted over the telephone as we are unable to make that decision without seeing your hair in person.
We understand that life can be a challenge due to demanding jobs and that many of you work closely with the public. We want your salon experience to be relaxing, enjoyable, and private. At VitaStile we will do what we can to accommodate you. If you require a before or after hours appointment that will allow you to relax and escape the public eye for a moment, please ask to speak with someone regarding special accommodations.
Gratuities are not included in service pricing or gift certificate purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated and we cannot thank you enough for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in cash or check made out directly to your stylist.
We love kids. They are always welcome at VitaStile Hair Designs, and we do cut and style children’s hair. We do ask that if your children accompany you during your appointment that you provide entertainment and supervision for them. We want you and your stylist’s experience to be a peaceful one.
