Gay is the proud owner of VitaStile and brings over 25 years of experience to the salon floor. Her passion for education and excellence shows through her extensive certifications, including Deva Curl, Rusk Straight Eight, Tony and Guy cutting, Brazilian Blowout, and L’Oréal Masters in Color. She also had the incredible opportunity to study Framesi color in Italy, further enriching her craft.

Before finding her calling in cosmetology, Gay worked as a nurse—an experience that shaped her caring, attentive approach to client care. Outside of the salon, she enjoys reading and spending time with her three beloved dogs: Zoe, Claire, and Elle.

Kiley has been creating beautiful hair since 2015 and brings both experience and passion to every guest in her chair. She’s certified in Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Treatments, Peter Coppola, Olaplex, K18, and multiple extension methods, including hand-tied and tape-ins.

Specializing in vivids and blondes, Kiley loves helping clients express their individuality through bold, custom color. Outside of the salon, you can usually find her at a concert or hanging out with her two pups, Remi and Grimm.

Madi has been a part of the VitaStile family for 5 years and officially began her journey as a stylist in 2022. Known for her calm and friendly presence, Madi is passionate about helping clients feel their best, whether it’s through a fresh cut or a beautiful color.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her curled up with a good book, vibing to music, or laughing along to her favorite comedy shows—always with her cat, Emerald, close by.

Daisy has been passionate about hair since 2016 and brings a creative, artistic touch to everything she does. In addition to her work behind the chair, she’s also certified in lash extensions, making her a go-to for both hair and beauty transformations.

Outside of the salon, Daisy loves spending time with her beagle, Ruby, and channels her creativity through painting, drawing, and photography. Her artistic eye and warm personality make every appointment a relaxing and personalized experience.

Brandon is a highly experienced stylist with over two decades in the industry. Trained at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon and Aveda academies, he brings a refined approach to both cutting and color. Throughout his career Brandon has worked in some of Charlottes most upscale salons in the Ballantyne and Cotswold areas, earning a strong reputation for precision, creativity, and exceptional client care.
